After a few weeks of going through Corman movies, I finally watched Spiral: From the Book of Saw.
It was a refreshing change from the last 3 (or is it 4) Saw films (I thought 1-3 was enough): This was more of a 90’s thriller, with a bit of police procedural, and had a very strong Se7en vibe to it.
Sadly the twist was easy to predict but, at least the flashbacks centred around showing relevant aspects of the characters’ backstories.
As I’m being all modern this week, tonight’s treat will be Willy’s Wonderland.

What can i say about Willy’s Wonderland? Well it is the best of the Five Nights money grabs.
Nicolas’ performance avoids Caging out but carries out all at a mild Goldblum with just minor expressions and no dialogue.
For horror fans, it’s a solid 8/10 as it lacks unnecessary nudity and gore.
