Looks like a good movie.
Hehe, yeah, sorry, I DID say 4. Back to the beer ā¦
Interestingā¦ they took some creative liberties with the facts but still pretty good.
Ok, The Continental was a 3 part series. Good romp if you liked the violence in John Wick, cast was quite good and story line was ok if a little predictable. Overall, I liked it, but I am partial to a touch of outright violenceā¦
I liked it a lot. Not like any story Iāve heard about or seen. Very unlikely to happen but based on a true story.
@Lynda_Marie I watched the first couple of seasons of Manifest but stopped watching it. Canāt even remember what turned me off, but something did. I have yet to go back to it. Sorry the ending was disappointing. I find that to be true for a number of series enders.
Started watching āGraceā on Britbox and am really enjoying it. Some of the story lines are pretty intense, but for me it is a darned well written and acted police drama.
I think my mother watched it and they canceled and shopped it around? After the cancellation announcement i got a phone call with many many swears about how she will never watch anything again until it has finished, lol.
One of my favorite motivational cycling movies was a true story about a guy who lost his leg and rode across the US fro California to Boston. It was called Dream Rider, it was from 1993.
It was a good series and very popular here.
Weāve been watching this and hoping to finish it tonight. I read that it concentrates much more on his victims than the actual sick bastard himself and the failures made by the police trying to catch him.
To date that has proven to be true and is actually very sad to see the situations the women were in and how those that survived were treated.
Compelling watching but as with all these true dramas quite disturbing too.
On my watch list, thanks for the rec.
Another dark subject. A horrific but true story that shines a light on modern day slavery. I was surprised to see teen heartthrob Judd Nelson from The Breakfast Club in a 2021 Lifetime movie.
If you loved The Wire, youāre gonna like this one.
Packed the the Rafters is soo much better (imo)
This one was tough to like in the first few eps and i almost didnt continue BUT i did and now im pissed that we may not see the next season until 2025 because of the strike.
First two eps of Upload hit Amazon today, I was scared it wouldnt happen.
Despite the stupid dig on vaping i still find it a fun show.
Iām watching scary movies. Itās just that time of year. I watched 8 mm with Nicholas Cage last night. I remember now, why Iāve not watched it since the first time I watched it like 10 years ago
