Glenda the squirrel was very good. I laughed quite a few times at that one.
Yeah, the woman’s dry tone throughout the video was hilarious I thought.
Just got home from a great nostalgic concert. Brought back a lot of memories from back in the day.
Wow, that really raised some memories. Thx for the share, Tim.
I remember Dave and sidekick Fuji.
I always anticipated his newest injury.
Super Dave rocked !!!
Life’s been okay. Back working part time at my old non-profit as a consultant. Still using my Vitamix daily for green smoothies and soups. Hoping real fall weather arrives in Denver soon. Gonna be 90+ tomorrow here. Playing a gig for a non-profit in a couple of weeks which should be fun. Thanks for asking. I don’t get here as much as I used to.
Oh? What do you play?
I noticed so I hope you don’t mind me asking? Not nosy, just concerned. Some people just get busy with other life activities, fall sick or some other thing. Just wanted to know you were okay
Haha Super Dave Osborne!!! Classic!
Thanks for reaching out. I play hand percussion (tamborine, claves, shakers, shaker wands or anything that makes noise…they each have a different feel and sound) and both lead and backing vocals. We do mostly old rock, blues, folk, singer songwriter stuff…James Taylor, Jackson Browne, Sting, CSNY, Buffalo Springfield, Neil Young, Warren Zevon, Dylan, Wilson Pickett, Sam Cooke, Beatles and Stones and many others…we’re all over the board. We have about 130 covers we can do and my music partner has a lot of originals. We are just two old farts who enjoy playing music for folks and we do a lot of stuff for non-profits.
High expectations, huge disappointment. A mess, nothing really worked. Live is too precious to spend it for this s. Thumb down. 2/10.
I just watched this and found it very moving. A true story always moves me but I would recommend this.
Just watched Deadpool & Wolverine.
Boy, that was fun!
My daughter is a big Deadpool fan. She bought us both tickets to see it at the movies when it came out for my birthday.
We made a day of it and I must admit I enjoyed spending some quality one on one time with her more than the film.
I’m clearly getting old.
Aren’t we all?
I get what you’re saying though. One-on-one time with my son is always appreciated. I forget sometimes that he’s an adult. I guess I’m reminded of when he was a little booger and my thoughts get stuck there.
Gotta watch anything with Anthony Hopkins in it. A heck of an actor. I got to know him in the early 80’s and he is a very interesting fellow with quite a sense of humor (unlike some of his roles).
Got to know him!
If I’m being nosey tell me so but how did you manage that?
