What chocolate to use

What do you think on a chocolate to use with oak milk to make Yoohoo?

Oak milk has that perfect yoohoo signature note but needs a chocolate to go full yoohoo.

I’d say Medicine Flower Dark Chocolate, BUT, I always say that.

Yoohoo not really a heavy chocolate. Its more of a light sour chocolate

Well that’s the beauty of MF’s DC. It’s darker in name, than usage. Depending on what it’s paired with, it can and will lighten up, to almost a Milk Chocolate. Very versatile despite the “dark” name, and strong, with an upsteep.

Well, that triggered me to say TPA DX Sweet Cream (or the regular).

Or Italian Cream Hangsen, just a dash of it tho.

It’s been along time since I’ve had a YooHoo but if you want to add more of a cocoa type milky note then VTA Devon Cream with maybe a yogurt or buttermilk used really low.

The oakmilk itself handles all the milk part
