You could combine Cookie, Vanilla Custard, Vanilla Swirl, Coconut and Orange perhaps?

1.5% Cookie (FA)
6% Vanilla Custard (Cap)
2% Vanilla Swirl (TPA)

Not sure about how much Orange and Coconut you need - no experience with JF and FEā€¦

Another suggestion:

5% Vanilla Custard (Cap)
6% Sweet Strawberry (Cap)
3% Vanilla Swirl (TPA)
1.5% Caramel (Cap)
