I think people got scared away from it because it started with something about maths, which most people don’t like.

I assume the moderators will understand that you cannot limit a topic like that by removing the offending x posts to their proper place.

The only thing that is remived to dedicated thread are political posts …The forum is supposed to be a political free forum…I opened a thread in the saloon for those tyoe of posts. Politics ,Pornography and guns are supposed to be deleted . Bills related to vaping are allowed.

I want to make it clear that I am not talking about opinions. I’m talking about thoughts.
No mudslinging because my party is better than yours. Thoughts, adult conversations about how maybe things could be arranged in a different way.
We live in interesting times where everything is changing fast. We will have to think about a lot of things and how to proceed with those things in the future.
Politics is one of those things we have to think about.
This setup definitely doesn’t work.
So no, please, no left vs right, us and them BS on my topic please, those indeed always lead to friction.
I don’t want friction, just a free exchange of ideas about whatever subject someone is thinking about.
We must be grown up enough to be able to do that.

I would love to have a platform that is truly free with the exception of Porn. Why is the subject of guns banned? If that was the case, then we have to get rid of cars, rolling pins, knives, bare fists, etc.

If this didnt happen or silly memes gifs etc i would more than likely turn a blind eye. There are a lot of posts that i leave alone. If another member flags something i have to put more consideration into what they are flagging.

But this are adjectives used to describe a group. Many of us has been called and labeled as so much worse. If discussion isn’t allowed then free speech is dead. If someone doesn’t like a thought, they can discuss and debate it, or they can not hit the heart button and just move on.

We’ve had a lot of friction on this forum many years ago. Pro and anti, it didn’t work out very well.
We decided to keep that out. Your meme is a small thing, (I stole it) but so is a little teddy in bondage in the arms of a child.
Some subjects are just better to stay away from entirely. Also, it is mainly an American thing.
It’s a leftover from the Wild West that we do not understand this side of the world.

We went through a period where thing got ugly reagrding politics , flags were being thrown names were being called etc. That is why the No politcs stand…
