I make all my own chicken-based foods from scratch. That means lots of whole chickens. The favorite part around here is the skin which I fry by itself on my griddle. Who’s taking off that “bad” skin and tossing it or feeding to the pets~!?
Ooh and there was almost a war over here when I fried up the huge Holiday turkey skin! Just a sprinkle of salt. If I opened a Chicken Restaurant, Chicken Skin Sandwiches would be on the menu …maybe a little Hot Sauce mayonnaise on the bun. Imagine Chicken Chicharrons

Teehee, don’t doubt that didn’t cross my mind but I was happy to hear the ships are made with old wood and some new. Can you imagine someone going through such lengths to build a fleet of environmentally safe cargo ships only to end up stripping an entire rainforest to do it?
