I needed to make my Irish Coffee mix today which calls for Brown Sugar. I’ve been using TPA because that’s what I had while waiting for Brown Sugar (VSO). Then something happened…I found a 50ml bottle of Brown Sugar (SC) (RF) in the dark corners of my room, ha ha. SWEET!!!
my POS neighbor “finally” got his a/c unit off my property.
What the hell was it doing on your property?
Possession is 9/10 of the law, so your POS neighbour stole YOUR A/C unit off your property…
the property line, per my survey, say the property line is 6" off his house. previous owners allowed him/his previous owners, to use about 5’ of my property, so he truely thought he owned it, even though he “knew” he didn’t. after i moved in i discovered this and moved the cheapo fence. he pitched a bitch, i told him to go F himself < for real. 1 month later i built a real fence. then i told him to move the new deck/shack he just built 1’+ over on my property, he told me to F off. i called the city and they made him move it 6’ over
, code = no structures within 5’ of the property line. . i then told him to remove the a/c, he told me to F off. i told him “one way or another it is going to be gone”. so finally he removed it, he knew it was a loosing battle.
now, if he was a nice guy, or even just not a Dick, i wouldn’t care. but he is a major league Dick
this is where the a/c used to be. the area was a cluster of weeds and those flowers. i cleared the weeds, moved the flowers and put those blocks and some grass seed. once its all grown in, it will look a lot better.
What a jerk. He had plenty room to keep it close to his house. At least from what I understand from your pic. I completely know what you mean about neighbors being nice or not. It makes all the difference. I’ve had myriads of disagreements with my condo neighbors. Being only a 2 unit condo structure we have an agreement to pretty much take care of our own sides (even though technically it’s all common ground.) It’s fine with me to mow my own grass and not pay a property management company to do it but I assumed they had the sense to keep the front of the structure consistent in appearance which is a condo law. One day I see them changing the entrance light on their side. Our 2 front doors are side by side. I wouldn’t mind if it had some resemblance to the original but it’s a different color and looks like a large, hanging breast Then she wanted to change the color of the doors and I said no, they look perfectly fine. I was afraid I’d come home one day and see their side of the structure painted a different color, lol. If I had thought of it I should have said to her if you want to make improvements why don’t you attach a doorbell to that bare wire that’s been sticking out of the siding for 15 years?
what you have is a Duplex. a condo is an apartment. i used to have one, sold it to move in here. 12 units, 4 per floor. dealing with some of the neighbors was real nice, others, not so much.
i “need” a pic of this Boob light
what color is the doors ?
@jinx_d this reminds me of a friend I had back in DC, and he had the same type of situation. LOL because my friend was an HVAC tech. He pinched, and brazed the lines, and took the outdoor unit. LOL.
Sorry, late to the party here…

That is a beautiful part of Colorado. I’m a Denver fellow and appreciate how many great places there are in Colorado. Living in Denver, it is a treat to have a relatively short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park and Glenwood Springs (a bit further of a drive on the other side of the divide".
Glad you are enjoying your trip !!
Having my regular delivery guys in attendance and a homeless guy checked if I’m doing alright: The world is on a good footing.
