WHAT Has Made You Smile Today? (III)

No and I view sex as just another normal life activity. There’s nothing bad or wrong about it unless you make it so.

I’m not too keen about that fishy smell thing, though. Ask the 39 gals in your group what theirs smell like. I think most of them will say it only smells fishy if I haven’t bathed in 2 weeks or if I eat a lot of anchovies

Or there was a hole in her hole…and he just couldn’t get to 3rd base on time.

Meet Clover Creeks He’s a Lucky Charm aka Declan. I put a deposit on him last night. 12 week old Australian shepherd. Very bittersweet…but he’s adorable.

That picture alone makes me want to play and fuss with him.

Smartest dog I ever owned. He/she will become your shadow. Like Velcro. They only have one master. One bond. They learn fast anything you want them to do. Be careful when walking off leash. Their hearding instinct drives then. They will chase anything that runs from them. Squirrel 's , rabbit, deer. It’s colors are beautiful. Congratulations!
Their a dog that needs it mind exercised as much as it’s body.

I had an Aussie when I lived in middle-of-nowhere Alabama. I took her out with me one day to find a Christmas tree and she herded a buck right back to me. All I had was an axe. I missed.

The buck or the Aussie?

She hung back, smart enough to know I would muck that up. And then laugh at me

My mother once accidentality put tiger balm on her haemorrhoids. I never laughed so hard in my life. It almost gave me haemorrhoids.
Probably the only time she’s been on fire in that area.

My front garden was a mess. I got most of the tiles out after I moved in, but didn’t have the energy to get rid of all the weeds that grew there.
There was a group of people from some organisation in the area yesterday, helping people with their gardens for free.

Hehe, that’s a great question @muth. You would think if you can get a “spring assist”, you would clearly be able to get a folder.

Looks great. Hopefully no more grenades were found. How’s your weight and health these days?

No grenades found. I don’t think they have gone very deep. There are quite a few roots in the ground. I just have to keep it up regularly.
Last time on the scales I was 52 kilos.
That’s up 9 kilos since December.
I keep fluctuating a little. I loose weight the same way overweight people gain it, very fast.
It’s going well though, long walks with the dog go a lot smoother than before. Getting my strength back :muscle:

Thank you for your insight! He’ll stay very active. I’m planning on doing agility and rallying with him. Most towns in my area have a leash law so unless we are hiking he’ll stay on leash. I’m leaving him with the breeder to get him started on crate training, some leash training etc. Here’s this morning’s update

He’s soooo cute, congratulations with the new baby. I know it is bittersweet, but there’s nothing better for heartache than another pup.
I always feel guilty when I make that decision, but it always makes me feel better and I’m sure our departed dogs would want to see us happy instead of miserable.
They might have a different handler in the afterlife to make them feel better.
I don’t begrudge them that either :hugs:

I’ve had two Aussie Shepherds Mel(borne) and Syd(ney). They would herd us around the house all day long. We’d go along with it just to see where it would take us. 90% of the time it was to the kitchen and the “cookie” jar.
