HAH. So, I think I found the identity of the people in the video. The idiots called my phone. A couple weeks ago when I cleaned up the house, I left a note with my contact info for the owner.
Then on May 2nd when I was setting up the security camera, I confronted a group of teenagers walking past. They seemed innocent though. After they left I got a phone call. I was immediately suspicious that they had gotten my phone number from the note I left inside the house. At first I just thought it was the teenage girl that was with the group, but I just traced the number back to someone named Michael Damin Teter. The woman who called my phone would be Grace Teter. They or both approx in their late 30s*, a match for the age of the people I caught on video yesterday.
The group of teenagers must have known them somehow, and given them my phone number from inside the house. It was a really really stupid move on their part to call my phone though. I was very easily able to find the owner of the phone number.
I tried looking for more information on this guy, the only thing I could find for a picture was an old graduation photo on Facebook. It looks like a much younger photo, but it looks a lot like the guy I caught on video yesterday.
What do y’all think? I think they do look pretty damn similar.

That’s what I thought, but I think it’s the angle. He’s got the same eye bags and lack of chin.
That and there is no other Michael Teeter in the area.
I got the age wrong, it seems like he may actually be 39.
Wow! I can’t imagine being 39 years old and destroying someone’s house. If this is truly the guy, which I’m very suspicious it is, What a douchebag!!!
I’ve also found the older guy on the right to show up as Michael Teter. Maybe the one on the left is his son. The guy on the right would be much older now.
I found info for who could possibly be the older man, and his current age aligns with the 18 years that have passed in between when that photo was taken.

Man, that’s a tuffy. 1st, google says the nasal tip can sag with age do to weakening support, but a nose can’t grow because it’s cartilage. Because the graduate’s picture is straight on, it’s hard to tell how big the nose is. As for the bags under his eyes, you’d think they’d be pronounces more.
2nd, she said ear lobes can change, but like the nose, the tips cannot. The younger photo doesn’t appear to have the taller tips as in the 2nd photo. To me, the 2nd photo, the lobes are almost nonexistent.
3rd, she said Generally, eyebrows tend to lighten with age due to a decrease in [melanin] production, leading to gray or white hairs. However, some individuals may experience a temporary darkening due to pigment movement deeper into the skin. Eyebrows also become thinner and more sparsely distributed as you age.
4th, she said blond hair can turn brown with age.
I used to draw portraits of couples and families, so I like to think I can see these type of differences. To me, the cheeks and lips are VERY similar.The eyebrows are somewhat similar but again, to me, the 1st picture shows they are arched higher. The chin is similar, and the part between the bottom of the nose and the upper lip (the philtrum) are very similar as is the jaw.
I’ve zoomed in on the faces and enhanced them as best I can without pix-elating.
The third photo is of him aged to “AROUND” mid 30’s.
It’s been a long time since I put a #2 to paper!
My conclusion? 65% chance they’re the same. But WTF do I know?

I think the police have methods to confirm, but I don’t think they can tell me anything about the case. I can only try to provide evidence. The AI isnt too accurate though, it totally got rid of his eye bags, which are visible in the dad’s picture.

Yeah, it also got rid of the slightly cleft chin. You’d think that would increase, especially with age. It’s like it smoothed things out instead of adding. It did a half ass job.
I tried 2 different apps. Photoshop and an online version that I can’t recall the name of.

Man, I love helping strangers. Besides the man (Albert Vierra) that I’ve mentioned before, (got his WWII metals) I knew from a co-worker, of a very old man that couldn’t keep up on house keeping and was being evicted because of a cock roach infestation. House was up for sale.
I bought the house (13K) and put him in a hotel for 6 weeks while some friends and I gutted and remodeled the house. Got him a live-in house keeper that fed him and made sure he took his meds. Didn’t really get to know him, but it was a friend of a friend, 'ya know?
He passed a little less than 2 years later and I sold the house for 128K. Was built in 1887. Started as an A-frame. Michigan. 1 bed, living room with a pot belly stove and no kitchen or bath. Some kinda closet bassinet room? Out house was still there. Somewhere along the line, someone added a kitchen, dinning room and bath.
Could tell by the brick in the basement. Basement was cool, but spooky. New water heater, furnace, ducts, whole house AC. Ran ducts into the attic and made two more large bedrooms. Tree roots in the plumbing to the street… Total investment maybe 30K? Nice ROI and took care of a man in need. What could be better than helping and profit?! Was looking to break even, but 98K gross is nothing to sneeze at:)
Another time I was at a grocery store. Woman bigger than me with an electric cart has a shit load of munchies in her cart. Chips, ice cream, candy… Lays it all out on the belt, the cashier adds it up, that’ll be $x. Woman counts out paper and coins. Not enough. Says, take this, that and those off. Still not enough. Take them and the other off. Still not enough. I handed the cashier my debit card and said I have it covered.
Woman was SO happy! Folks behind me were amazed. Cashier says how wonderful that was. I said, “Wonderful hell, I think I have diarrhea!”

What app is that? I downloaded a 7 day trial of Photoshop to attempt to age the kid, but it did a poor job, I think. Slow as hell, too!
I have been using an app called Paint Shop Pro 7th Anniversary, since 2000. Know it like the back of my hand. The fingers on my hand are numb! I have to zoom WAY in so I can go 1 pixel at a time. Because of the head dress and background it was easier to “clone” the coconuts onto him.
Him being my grandson, Allen. His wife is due any minute to have my 1st great granddaughter Cassy. AKA Dip.

Not really, kinda glad. School is still in though, and most people would be out on weekends. I also don’t think the police are actually allowed to contact me with any updates or information because I’m not the owner. I really hope they go after that guy though. They actively arrest shoplifters, so I don’t see why they wouldn’t go after people who caused thousands of dollars in damage. Its classified as a 3rd degree felony vandalism.
The cost of the destruction should be calculated even higher due to the location, it would cost way more money to get all the supplies to that spot than it would if it was a house on a street.
Im relieved nothing is triggering my cameras. Had some vultures up on the deck yesterday, but that’s it. My heart still skips every time I see a notification because it feels kind of helpless.

Stats Canada released trade stats for the first month with US tariffs
trade with USA went down 6% and trade overseas went up 25% mostly to the UK and germany.
we actually ended up exporting more overall than before the tariffs
CAD$ went from 68 cents to 73 cents vs the USD
