I hate that stuff. We used it on all our jobs (I used to have a paint company) and it dries the heck out of your skin but so does vinegar. I know, wear gloves, but sometimes the gloves fall off

I’ve been to the park with the dog! For the first time in about 5 weeks she didn’t run up the stairs when I got the leash.
It was a slow, wobbly walk. It took some effort and concentration, not falling over being my main concern. But, we got there in the end.
Fudge had a mad run through the park. She needed that!

I found a piece of bark last year that reminded me of a turtle. The wood holding it together was pretty rotten, so I scraped it away and made a clay paste to keep it all together.
That was back in August.
I’ve been too busy to get on with it, until last week.
Since I can’t do much more than sit, it is a perfect way to pass the time. It doesn’t take much physical energy and keeps the mind busy.
I’ve got a great model to work from and yes, that is grass in that bowl.
It’s not finished by a long shot. I’m talking about the turtle. The joint will be put together in no time at all.

Thats really cool. We are in the same boat. With my health lately i cant do much either and i also made a turtle yesterday. I dont know if im allowed to show the picture here though unless @fidalgo_vapes says its ok lol
