No phone calls, no complaints, good leftovers…

My kids having a great Christmas. That’s what made me smile today and enjoying having all my family here together for Christmas Eve/Christmas Day. Now I have 2 million pounds of food (overexaggerating) to figure out placement for. Our dessert table (which kind of sucks if you’re diabetic LOL but the kids loved it)
I already got a tracking number for my defective OBS Cube X. Backstory…order from Vaporl…wait for eternity…the battery door is broken. Vaporl wants a video of proof and an additional order to send the new one along (Isn’t that extortion?). I decide to contact OBS direct. They didn’t even want a photo. My word was good enough however I sent along a photo. 24 hrs later I get my trking #. Either OBS rocks or I’m getting real good at my US-China relations.
I had a similar situation with HGift for an eleaf item: send video, will replace & send with your next order - ended up placing an order for something I didn’t really need at the time just to get the replacement!

You are very welcome. It’s always better if you can cut out the middle person. After all, Vaporl is just a vendor, a resell partner. They order from OBS and get what they get. Bad quality control on OBS but I would never push that when expecting them to make good. It’s called suck up. Btw, they blamed it on poor shipping. That’s fine, I’ll go with that.
