Iāve been smiling this whole week, my daughter has gone to Scotland for a week to see her dad and Iām taking care of her 
One is a little more active and inquisitive than the other and is fixated on my vape

Today Iām smiling because I had my last procedure done today!!! Yay!! I havenāt been doing to great because my spinal injuries keep me from doing just about everything :(. So I decided to give it one last chance and get all the procedures done that my Dr suggested. Iām happy to say its working!! My goal is to get back to cardiac nursing. The way things are going now. I may be able to do that!! So Iām smiling big
