Hi,
what makes Liquids getting bitter (i don´t like that)? Is it too much sweetener? And some mixes taste a little bit soapy. To much flavour?

IIRC the bitterness is usually from the PG, you could try higher VG or a different brand. Try vaping your PG by itself and see what that tastes like.
Certain flavours can be soapy when they haven’t steeped long enough, others can be soapy because the percentage used is too high and then you have the flavours that are soapy because they are simply crap 
It is all a matter of trying them out and remember that what tastes like crap to one person can be bliss for another.
It doesn’t make it easier but it does keep it interesting
