Well its 2025 share what your vaping or mixing here.
Hi Lynda Marie! I’m at 10 days of steeping and your recipe has been steadily increasing in that full eggy custard flavor & texture as you’ve mentioned. It’s getting richer by the day. The butterscotches, vanillas and creaminess of all the dairy notes are just lovely. Really nice.
Thanks so much TMTTS, I appreciate your feedback. I mixed up another bottle myself. I appreciate the comment on the recipe as well, thank you for taking The time. I do believe the vanilla pudding does wonders with custards. I use it in my cookie crack recipe and I think it adds to the butteriness or helps blend the butteriness in…I’m finding it’s great with custards.
I’ve been craving peaches lately. And just in time this one is finally steeped any ready. I’m surprised this one isn’t still marketed it’s actually really peachy and it’s got lots of custard. I give it a 9.9/10. The OG SJ Omega (peach custard). LOL and of course it’s just loaded full of the good stuff. No DX here cause you only live once. Really nice cooked/baked peach, and man that custard is kickin.
I go through jugs of TPA DX Juicy Peach (long story), but for a straight Peach mix, but have never paired it with Custard(s). It’s not a terrible Peach, but not the strongest. It’s interesting that it can hold it’s own in the mix. It’s also interesting they chose TPA’s VC. I might have to whip that Omega up @McDuckie.
Are we starting a new 2025 thread?
I’ve never used the DX version so I can’t compare to the regular, but paired with TPA Nectarine it does present really nicely next to all of that cream/custard. If you feel Peach (Juicy) is too weak then regular TPA Peach is really nice and strong. Then again it is an old school commercial mix so I’m sure they were thinking quantity over quality. The caramel and toasted marshmallow, GCC really sweeten up and lift peaches up, and add a lot of extra depth to the mix. I let it steep 3 weeks due to the custard (TPA VC takes time to bloom).
I was going to, but maybe @Rocky02852 or @fidalgo_vapes want to close this one out first and start new or merge ‘em?
sure we can…
Well heck…this came out good! I had to lower the FW key lime and fruity flakes. The little bit of bakery elements worked good and the cream cheese icing was a really good idea with the custard and bc.
An old recipe, but a simple to make favorite of mine.
I’m glad that Fiddy and Rocky decided to create he monthly recipe mix. Mixing a pink lemonade in the middle of Winter not something I’d have thought about but hey this is really good.
ill be mixing this up today…Not sure what changes ill make , so many guava options and the cream may take a change or 2 to get right…
Mixed this earlier today…definitely needs a steep, The strawberries seem good together with the hint of raspberry. I’ll wait for the creams to come together. I’m keeping in tune mixing with concentrates I hardly ever mix with (sb cream, whipped cream fresh, raspberry wild, lemon drop) …the v1
ya i need to see where the whipped cream is gonna sit , and as of today Ill be dropping the Sweet Guava most likely and adding a SB . Its a good mix but not what im after . Ill give it a few more days
Great minds think alike. After I mixed my Brazilian lemonade I thought I’d riff off that.
I just completed this one. I’m really liking this one a lot. Its good right off the shake, but I am really happy with my first one also. I might just keep this for forum members. NAH!!!
this is what its all about , a little inspiration and mixing with similar minded people
