Y’know that’s the first thing I thought of lol.
I made this about a week ago. I thought it was gonna be ass because it tasted terrible a few days ago. Tasted like potted plant soil. I tried some today and got a totally different experience. I added some sweetener to combat the bitter a little bit, but after a while the NET kinda burns in the coil. Luckily seems to burn off if I alternate to another juice, so I don’t have to change cotton and dry burn.
The apple flavor came through super nice on this though, and it’s got a nice creamy thing going on. I kept the flavoring very low because I didn’t want it to totally overpower the NET. I only made 25mls, gonna mix up some more tomorrow.
You found my muse.
I thought so! LMAO
Looks good I do love tobaccos with apple. And that SSA Baked Apple is really good.
That could be the NET, a lot of people say that NET’s can be used immediately but I feel like they need a few days to settle in. Plus I like them more in a closed system like a tank or pod than in an RDA. Most of the NET’s I’ve tried seem grassy and bitter when used in a RDA.
What a banger @Lynda_Marie. Thanks for sharing lady!

Oh! Thank you! I still have that going in one of my RDA’s, I appreciate the feedback!
Definitely!! There’s a big difference from day one vs a week. The plant soil taste went away with steep too. That was on day 2-3 it was like that. I’m vaping it right now.
been loving this lately and my little bad blood remix, maybe cause I haven’t vaped any straight fruits in awhile but I keep reaching for them more frequently then my ry4 rotation, except in the mornings of course. Ry4 mixes with morning coffee is a must.
I’m super curious, and I believe this is very relevant to “what are you vaping today.” Do y’all just dump different mixes into your tank without changing cotton if it’s the same realm of flavor? For instance, I can cycle through 3-4 different mixes in the same day. I just wait for my tank to get super low, drip test one or two to see which one I want, and dump it in. I change my cotton at least once a week or if it tastes super off, but I run a variety through the same tank/cotton daily. I find I can cycle through NETs, creams and bakerys with no issues. I avoid fruits unless it’s a baked/cream fruit mix.
yes all the time, if it’s the same profile for sure or if I’m feeling adventurous I will dump whatever in and see what happens lol, sometimes you get a banger
I assume you are using an RDA/RTA. Its sort of hard to switch flavors on the fly with a sub-ohm coil. I may have done that on my RDA (working with the same coil and cotton) if I’m working on several different versions of the same recipe. Though typically I would change the cotton between testing different recipes/flavors so as to not get cross contamination.
Yes, though I try to follow with a similar profile if possible. I usually need to change my wicks in my RTAs after about a week, give or take a day or two.
When I have a sub-ohm tank in rotation (mainly for commercial liquid) then I run the coils as long as I can until I have to change them. Nowadays with 100ml bottles I don’t swap juices as often as I did in my early days when most liquids that I used came in 15ml or 30ml glass dropper bottles.
I don’t often test using an RDA, but I have sometimes used unflavored juice to sort of flush the wicks between mixes if they had very different profiles.
When I first started vaping, many of the folks in the shops used mechs and drippers - I remember sometimes they would pull the cap off and fire it until the cotton was almost dry when they wanted to change to a different juice on the fly.
Come get your Blueberries on !!!
@D.Sims I’ve had lyndas custard steeping for a few weeks and have yet to try it. Thanks for reminding me. It’s going in my tank asap!!!
I was just drip testing my budinos and other juices when suddenly I got a nasty burnt taste. I have been vaping up all my peanut butter juice and figured I just had flavor fatigue and taste loss from the dental surgery. Apparently I’ve just been vaping on my cotton like this and I didn’t taste it AT ALL. wtf. Only reason I took the top of the tank off was because it felt like it wasn’t hitting right after i tasted burntness. Those black spots were very black. They show up lighter in the picture. I haven’t really done my NETs since last cotton change, it was only a few days ago too.
On a brighter note, I’m getting a butterscotch note from my budino despite having no butterscotch flavor in it! That brown sugar and caramel butter may be working together.
Turns out I still can’t taste very well. Interesting because I could actually taste my juice pretty good while my face was still numbed up. Could be the antibiotics, they tend to mess my taste up.
My PB liquid tastes like sort of fruity now. Reminds me of when I accidentally mixed fruit mix into a bakery tank. >:( very unpleasant. I’m gonna have to switch to an NET or something.
This is so good, im not even a straight fruit vaper but this is next level (if i do say so myself, lol), it has a touch of ws23 but it doesnt “ice” the mix, i actually hate anything iced but this it works so well & it really adds something special imo.
Dont you just hate when an alien shits the bed & stains the sheets
