There are countless stories of people who were smokers when a parent, spouse, sibling or whatever - someone close - got cancer. They watch the disease destroy the person’s body and, should they choose conventional treatment, watch also the devastation many cancer drugs will bring. And still they smoke. I’ve been through this a few times. Lost my step-father to lung cancer. My son, well that was a rare childhood variety called neuroblastoma. The point is, these type situations where a person should be highly motivated to quit smoking are everywhere. I’ve always thought it takes a special type person to just lay them down. I’m not that kind of person. And while I had every reason in the world to quit (more than once) I could not do it until I found vaping. That’s the testimony - powerful in my estimation - about how effective e-cigarettes really are.
