Vaping on the BCP - Easy Mixin that i posted in post 251. At first i wanted to add just a bit more graham but after the cotton soaked up real good i was satisfied where it is, i like my graham light in pie mixes, just a taste of graham just like when eating a real BCP. The clotted cream is just so lovely with nothing off putting in it at any % that i have used it at tho i dont think ill need to go higher than 2% in anything. Think that one is ready to be released. I started vaping that BCP last night and it is nearly gone already so i mixed another 60ml.
Ive been wanting to make this one for a long while but it just wouldnt work without Italian Cream so now i finally get to give it a whirl. A basic French Van canned pudding, first taste test and its really tasty but might need a small boost in French Van Deluxe TPA. I also have French Van BL RF and mixed the same recipe but with .45% FV BLRF in stead of TPA FV.
EDIT: 2.24.23, Gonna have to tweak this one a bit as the FVan isnt coming through and the Italian Cream is just a little to high. However the alternate mix with FVan BLRF is much better but its a result of the FVan being so much strong and richer.
I havent but it is on my list as no one seems to be carrying BC LA anymore. Bavarian Cream and Banana Cream LA were two of the first flavors i ever bought, at walmart… Back in the day i grabbed both TPA and FW Bav Cream and stuck with LA’s all these years as it was so much creamier.
Thank you @marsh8, I shall add 1% to your recipe. I haven’t long had my last mixing session so it will be a little while before I get to mix yours but I will and once it’s had a steep I will leave you a review. Thanks again.
You could take it to 0.25% but any higher risks making it too dominant in the blend and it could become a tobacco with a bourbon floating on the top.
If you do want to go higher, then the addition of Oak Barrel (FLV) at 0.15% would be a good choice of concentrate to act as a bridge between the two sides of the recipe.
I had all these vanillas out yesterday and mixed these together and thought it might like some banana.
Don’t normally do grapes, gonna test this one again. Still hubba bubba grape though nicer than others I’ve tried. Might also swap out the cotton candy for WF Soft Candy (Pink Strawberry).
I was looking through some more of @jbitts recipes and mixed up Triple C, i used to LOVE sugar cookie cap but then Sugar Rush happened and i vape it constantly for years on end so i went cold turkey. Anyways this smells fantastic but its gonna go in the curing box for a bit:
Next up, i walked by my nerdery and could smell Blueberry Silver MF so i put together a little Blueberry and Cream mix. I added some Blueberry FW to sweeten up and lighten up BB Silver. I made a second version using Blueberry Sweet FW at the same percentage instead of BB FW, sniff test i can smell no difference, at the point of mixing BB Silver overpowers all other smells, takes a couple weeks for it to chill out.
Last one is a Strawberry Shortcake, knuckle test makes me think that i may have mixed too many very different strawberries, smells better than it tastes. I was thinking adding a bit of Doughnut Crispy FA to share up the “brownness” of the cake.
I think I can class this as a finished V1 for this idea. The only changes are a slight increase in the Red Burley to add a subtle sweetness and the Wheat to soften the transition to a rich cocoa aftertaste for this tobacco.
I’d suggest getting to know the ones you have well first. Once you have a good feel for what they can do, then you will know the gaps you need to fill in your stash.
Rushing into getting every flavour is the worst idea when your are learning blending - as you are not gaining the depth of knowledge regarding how each one behaves.
These days I only add flavours to my stash if they are superior to the ones I already have or have an effect I cannot replicate with other concentrates.
Great advice! I do believe I will follow it as I have already purchased a lot of flavors and hardware. I’ll save the money until I have a better base knowledge.
