Ill make some BUT i would love to try it witj that long of a rest…Maybe 15ml 30 max ??
Yeah bud, the bottle in the pic is half full cuz i poured out a 60 so its all yers, hehe. I do believe that i subbed the rasp wild for red ras raw vso.
Shoot me them deets and ill drop it in the mail on Wednesday.
@ladycrooks smells fantastic and im really trying to hold off for a least a week but i dont think thats gonna happen.
I look forward to seeing how it holds up. I may have a similarly ancient bottle in my drawer of flavours I removed from my stash.
I know the feeling. I think i have at least 75 bottles steeping all the time and it is for this reason. but then you come across an experniment that u werent sure of like a good custard …you thought might be a dud so to be safe made a10ml wait a month and a half sometimes all to find out its freakin gold!
thats the best. The worst…those duds! haaa!
It’s always a good idea to set aside all blend variants for a long steep to see what occurs over months, quarters, and years: Worcestershire sauce, one of the ultimate condiments, came from leaving a failed anchovy ketchup recipe in a barrel for 18 months.
Personally, I have drawers full of 8ml samples for each variant I make. So, when I want to revisit an idea, I have samples to work from or to compare any steep changes.
I mixed this a few days ago and started vaping this today. I think it’s really really good, I’d like to thank Session Drummer for the inspiration to create this.
Because I have so much of three of these flavours, I figured I can experiment with using them…
And an old school percentage Vanilla Custard to try because I need strong flavours usually…
I’m sure the glass helped but I’ll Let you know.
So the Kentucky Fire Cured Custard by Kinnickinnick did have far too much Kentucky Blend for my tastes. It tasted like tobacco with a heavy backend of witch hazel . However, I repurposed it by adding to a vanilla blend I have and it tasted like Vanilla Ruyan Custard. So now I can make my own VRC, lol. I’d say try it more like this if you want more of a VRC type experience. Maybe even lower on the KB, just enough to make the custard dirty.
The Kentucky is a tad on the high side. Lowering it and adding a touch of Oak might suit you.
Vaping mk3 of a creamier fig tobacco while pondering the mk4 and 5.
That’s what I just said (except for adding the oak). The 3% was WAY too high in the OG for me but .75% is fine. For a VRC, maybe .50% will do.
I’ve just mixed a bigger bottle of this, it changes somewhere between 7 and 14 days and the lemon pound cake fades into the background and I’m left with more what I’d call a raspberry and coconut slice. Hence I changed the name of the recipe.
Sort of like this, it was something mum made all the time.
Wow that looks amazing. I’m missing a few of the SSA , but I’m gonna pick them up and try this.
Had a few minutes and needed some more BCP, seems ill be stuck on that one for awhile. I noticed a had a new recipe that i created last night, nope i dont remember creating it, so i mixed it up too. Smells lovely and tastes good on the knuckle:
And the recipe the BCP im vaping on.
Ill probably release the BCP in the next few days, i wanted to wait until there were two ready in this series but this one is good to go now. BCP was one of my early favorites and to my surprise, it still is. I like my vape the same way i like the real thing, just a bit of graham crust.
That looks amazing and it’s gone straight to the top of my next mixing session list. It reminds me of a raspberry Lamington which is a bakery that Pippa Starr switched me on to and also something that I had when a child, sadly I don’t see them around these days. Thank you very much for tagging me and letting me know, I really appreciate it.
That loopy fruits looks nice. After single testing fruity rings fw i enjoyed its profile. Not as lemon as tpa not as grainy as cap. Need to add some flavors to my next shop
Yes, my mother used to make raspberry lamingtons when I was a kid. Have not seen one for years now…
