I made a Cherry Ripe Lamington last year, a lot of work but it was worth it, too complicated to try and replicate in a mix, so I walked away.
It’s a shame because they were really tasty. I remember my Nan making them in a big tray and cutting them out into squares. Strawberry Lamingtons and custard….oh my days.
My wife loves it, ive got a dozen or so more Loops mixes but she preferred this one.
Today im testing a mix i made on the 26th of Feb, Blueberry Cream. Quite tasty but i think it could use a small boost to the cream side, maybe a slight bump to the White Choco FLV:
Even at .26% the BB silver jumps out at ya, not in a bad way. Think ill do some single flavor testing next.
As soon as a tested the new Capella, I immediately thought of this. Ridiculously simple, my only thought was, this cookie crumble might kick a$$ in custard, and of course vanilla… this, and my Cookie Crack Butter have been my adv’s. It’s soon as I started playing around with them I bought bigger bottles
UMMMMM all these recipes, all these flavors, all these combinations make me want them all immediately! I got my credit card bill and all it said was, “YOU NEED HELP!”
What has happened to my self control, discipline, and wise reasoning? Have any of you seen these things laying around?
You may find yourself with 100’s of flavors before long. Like a kid in a candy store with lot’s of appealing recipes out there. But sooner or later, if you’re anything like some of the rest of us, a good portion of your accumulated inventory might just sit unused or used once for that 1 recipe. You may also realize at some point later on that you re-stock only 10-20% of your inventory in favor of those you use the most. Just something to consider.
BUT, you will still buy new ones…
Keep in mind @TimWV, most of the flavors can be used in other ways like candy, drinks, some foods like frostings or whipped cream, etc… Still, there will be so many flavors you will never even open again. Some flavors i have loved the smell but not the taste so i use them on our furnace filters to make the house smell yummier.
Two weeks ago i shot out another few hundred flavors that were old or i will never use all the while putting together my next order… I justify my expenditures by telling myself im still looking for the best flavors…
LMAO been there done that. At one time I had every single Vape Train flavor available as well as every WF flavor. I probably spent over $1000 on just those two companies. I found over time that spending all of that money wasn’t worth it. I just ended up giving most of them away because I never used them. Now I just tend to find profiles that I like and work on getting flavors for that profile rather than just buying randomly.
100% what I try to do. Every now and again I will get tempted by something new, and I will SFT it and not touch it again… Such a waste. I have 500 ml of each of my three favorite flavours and anything else is really just to accent them.
I’ve spent ALL my saved cigarette/cigar/pipe tobacco $$ on flavors- and vaping toys… Maybe more! Lol!! J/k
I have possibly spent as much on vaping as smoking, but the difference is I’m happy to do it. Not mad at myself for purchasing my early demise, while funding all the spend-thrifts in government.
@robrrt1
I agree, and I actually enjoy vaping so much more than I ever did smoking cigarettes!
Perfectly put and I couldn’t agree more.
I’ll throw another in, working off my cookie crack butter, I wish I had made a bigger bottle. I’m throwing the ATF link so you could see the photo
Try Whipped Cream SSA , maybe sub the clotted cream out with 2% whipped cream (or 3% )
Its on the next order list as every recipe i want to make has it, of course, hehe.
This is what i put together last night for mixing tonight.
Dropped CC SSA down a bit, added Sweet Cream TPA and bumped up WC FLV just a tad. I almost used Frosting FLV instead of SC TPA, maybe ill mix it both ways.
Ive got some bottles cooking in the oven, after cleaning, then its mixing time!
EDIT: I mixed this one up last night:
Smells really nice but im on the fence with Lemon Wafer SSA, its too sweet but i bought a 30, l so i figured i should give it a whirl.
I found the SSA Clotted Cream too much at 1.5%, nice mouth feel but I felt it was muting this high. 1% or less didn’t experience it.
Been thinking of this one for a bit put it together in my head a week ago and finally got a chance to mix it and off the shake it was nice!!! Coke with a touch of creamy vanilla. Cant wait to see in a few days how it all gels
That sounds really good, I hope it turns out well for you after it’s nap.
It was really nice off the shake so hopefully it continues that trend.
