@Lynda_Marie what steam crave is small and easy…I remember why else ive never grabbed a Steamcrave…RDTA , Ive never liked Rdtas
Thank you @muth for your informative input, it’s always very much appreciated. I’m sure that this new FJ French Vanilla can be padded out to give it some extra body, I was just expecting to hear more positive reports about it considering how much it costs compared to TPA FV Deluxe which I already have and is apparently better. I am not going to be able to do any mixing for a little while now (I have just had a four day session of it and I’m going away tomorrow) so I’m going to have to wait and read how others get on with it for now. Best of luck.
I can vouch for this recipe, it is a beauty like it’s namesake.
I used an rdta since way back lol , Smok TF , Profile, come on man…lol
Enjoy your time way
Small and easy would be the Supreme v3. 25 mm can hold up to 7 mls depending on what chimney and glass you use. They come with a single coil deck or you can get the advanced kit with a postless and the mesh deck. I use mine usually with the postless deck, dual 2.5 mm aliens.
I’m going to have to back Lynda up on this one Olin.
I’ll go just a tad smaller 22 mm steam crave mini robot deck. Mine will be here tomorrow. Supposed to be really easy to build. Come with airflow control ports for RDL, and smaller ports for MTL.
Kayfun Style deck…almost, sort of.
That’s what Vaping with Vic said about the Mini Robot, that it has a Kayfun style deck that’s easy to build and doesn’t leak. Hopefully this new system will work good for me. I’ve been using my Voopoo Argus Pro and my new Argus Air Pod and even though the flavor is really good the coils don’t last very long and the pods leak like crazy.
Top air won’t leak, so you should be happy. I’d be curious about the flavor production, let us know how it goes.
I have one of those but unfortunately because the airflow control ring is so loose and wobbly it leaks no matter how I wick it. It’s a shame because the flavour is excellent but I had to shelve it because I can’t put up with leaky tanks on my mods.
I bought a couple on an end of life sale. Yes, the air flow ring has a life of it’s own but the one I have doesn’t leak. My beef with it is the 3ml glass bowl is small.
As all Steam Crave coil base’s are directional and fit by friction make sure the O rings are still making a good seal inside the coil well and the screw on bottom base.
@rcleven, I have completely changed all of the O rings and made sure that they are properly seated but it still does it, if it wasn’t for that damn airflow control rings bad tolerances it would have been one of my all time favourite RTA’s. Thanks for your input though mate.
Where is it leaking from? Air flow ring shouldn’t effect leaking. I don’t even get after vape weeping. The RDA only has two places it can leak from. The bottom screw on base around the 510 pin and insertion into the air flow tube. Can you turn it upside down and not have it leak?
