Not a thing! Just noticed your posted recipes start with Ben and was just wondering if those were adaptations of some random Ben, but I see your name in your profile and the Ben is not random at all.

Sorry i thought you was having a pop at me I’m still a new mixer but i do try and getting better how long have you been mixing. I think ELR is a lot bigger in America than the UK I’ve been helped by so many people on ELR

Thank you that means a lot Phil :slightly_smiling_face:. I’m still trying to pull of a fruit custard made a strawberry milk that is good in the process by accident.

You would think a fruit custard would be simple right ??? There always seems to be an imbalance with my Fruit custards…BUT I want the custard to be 75pct of the recipe and the fruit to sit at the bottom…if that makes sense

Well. There’s your problem!
You want a yogurt!

/only kidding brother

Balance is almost always the hardest part it seems.

@fidalgo_vapes meant pull off a fruit custard and i know what you mean i also I want the custard to be 75pct of the recipe but i just can’t seem to master it want a creamy custard I’m playing around with premium custard FA vanilla icecream LB this seems the best icecream I’ve found. Also today flavourart uk sent me there icecream flavour i will be trying that in the mix. I do hope i can master it. I wish you luck with your fruit custard.

If you’re working with dominant fruity flavors, try some Vanilla Swirl (tpa) or cream fresh (fa) with your custard. I find both ideal concentrates to subdue those dominant fruity flavors that always try to be the main player. Find a good balance between the fruit and the cream, then use that as a stone to add to your custard.
