Went the full 30 day steep on this one using the BB (MF) it’s definitely Blue
Wish I had a better BB other than CAP to pair it with but came out pretty good!
Still got a Blueberry MF @1% W/.5 SS and .5 Sour around here somewhere that I haven’t got back to yet

For my sense of taste OOO powdered sugar is exactly what they say it is around 1-2% right down to the dryness that powdered sugar should have. Below 1% you can use it as a sweetener with a gritty texture, I use it for things like slushy recipes to get the texture of the ice. It’s really good stuff!

I made this 10 months ago and was convinced I had screwed it up. Of course, I never throw anything out and discovered it recently. Now I sit here enjoying it. The only thing I would change is add some caramel to round out the bourbon profile. It was unvapeable to me even into the 3rd month steep. I’ll definitely do things differently next time but for now…

Yeah Robin, I set the steep time tor 28 days, but I actually steeped it for exactly 30 days, not that two days matters that much 
But what does matter is that I only mixed up 30ml and as you can see it’s almost gone in one day!
