That’s an interesting outcome! I’m curious about the quince! I may have tried a jelly once, but have no idea what a quince is! I’ll be poking around the interwebs for it.
I published the Blueberry recipe just now. Day 2 is extremely tasty! It’s on track to make heavy rotation.
Off the top of my head, inw custard with a touch of inw creme brûlée, I’ll dig through my old recipes and see if i can remember which were winners lol
Edit: i must have deleted them at some point, but i remember rf sc aged bourbon Creme was a good oak wood mixer too…. Darn me and my occasional recipe cleaning out ways lol

The Purilium Butter Pecan Praline Ice Cream is weak and needs for me a two weeks steep to come really out. I like to use it at 6% to be present .

it is a super good one! I’ve gone through a 10ml and half a 30ml already for the same reason. its freaking awesome now I want a 60ml so I don’t have to order for a while…mat least another 30 see how long it lasts…
My concentrate bottle is a 30ml and I literally just ordered a 100ml as I will use this a lot.
Have you been mixing it or using it as a single flavour @ladycrooks?
