What's the best coffee flavours to use

As the title says what’s the best coffee flavours to use please would like to venture down this path next thinking like a hazelnut latte or a caramel latte

My top 3 are…
PUR Caramel Coffee and Sweet Milk
WF Brazilian Coffee
SSA Mocca Coffee

Coffee Candy BCF and Mocca Coffee by SSA.
I use the Mocca at about 1-1.5% and the Candy at anywhere from 2-3.5% and I have never had a recipe turn out with a bad coffee taste.
