I’m looking for the best way to cool some fruit recipes, can anyone help me, thanks

I second ws-23, also use flavorah ice and their cool menthol occasionally too, but mostly ws-23
Although I’m not one for using a lot of coolants in my recipes I can also vouch for WS-23 because I find that it is a clean ice cold sensation without the menthol notes that I get from Koolada.
I’ve tried koolada and often get a funny after taste. So my go to is1-2 drops of wa-23 I purchased from bull city to a 15ml…for a slight cooling effect.
Yikes, looks like everybody agrees. Anyway, I too use WS-23 but I must admit that it is the only one I have ever used. I purchased it for ONE recipe.

Depending on the flavors used in combination with the fruit flavors, my favs are WS-23 or FA Polar Blast; if I’m going for an ‘Ice’ juice I use FW Extreme Ice.
