I haven’t bought in awhile now and when I try to buy from nicotine river it says it can’t be sent to my address. Are there new rules and how do I get around them? Thanks to any responders. I usually buy a gallon of 100 mg in vg base.

Yes, in the UK “nicotine hub” has the best quality nicotine. It’s kept in lab conditions in large storage tanks and when you order they mix and bottle it fresh, then send it to you.

If you live in a US state where they have a ban like New York then many vendors will not ship nicotine to you. Best work around is if you have a friend or family member who lives in a state without a ban, then ship the nicotine to them and then they can repackage and forward it to you.
