I’m visiting Madrid next week. Where can I find pure USP nicotine (barn, wholesalers, or similar) there?

Pure usp nicotine isn’t sold unless you are licensed to handle it. The best you can probably find is 20mg nicotine boosters in vape shops.

I don’t know where in Spain they’re located but it is worth a try. Maybe if they can’t help you they could point you in the right direction.
