I honestly I cannot tell you the amount of times where I’m looking at a potentially new flavor and specifically look for your review.
You always have lots of incredibly useful information in them.
I would’ve never understood what clotted cream really was …and originated from nor would I have a clue what truly makes up a Graham cracker…
I’m always fascinated at the time and effort you put into informing others and I will most always buy a flavor that you’ve highly recommended (even if I had no intentions on it in the beginning lol)

You definitely haven’t led me astray (not ever).
I’m assuming we have very similar palettes, because I almost always detect all the nuances (that you mention in your reviews)… when I work with it (or sometimes as soon as I crack open the bottle) lol
…and it’s become something I really look forward to
I mean… I can honestly say, that you’ve opened my eyes to a much wider array of flavors, textures, and accents that I never knew I would like (and some I never knew existed)
So I certainly do not say it lightly… when I say that I truly depend on your write ups/reviews when I’m in the hunt for a particular flavor profile or even when I’m trying to make a recipe or it’s flavor(s) more complex or just plain better then it ever started out as.
