Some folks have an issue of not leaving well enough alone… or trying to fix what isn’t broken… making things more complicated than they need to be… etc.

I live firmly in the “keep it simple” category; don’t overthink things to death.

I just love the idea of Spartanism and am always striving to be a minimalist (got a long way to go) but I don’t see why MTL vs DTL recipes shouldn’t follow the “KISS” rule. Especially with the flavors available to us now.
