I apologise for bombarding the thread but I’m in a mixing phase that is getting out of control. 
My main goal of late is to get of all the

I ended up making another 2 versions one with 1% Rhubarb Compote VTA and the next one with 1% Rhubarb and 0.33% Apple Filling FLV. So far it’s going well, but time will tell.
I got another herbal/citrus recipe I like in
Need to see how it steeps but pretty great after a day!
Essentially a lemon verbena blend, a very light rosemary carried by the smooth rindy citrus. Sweetness was a bit of a punt but seems to work here.
Here’s another one I’ve been playing, turning out well so far and more separation of lemon and berries than I’ve got before.
This is the opposite of how I mix these flavours. It’s normally berry heavy with lemon accent.

So my thoughts … Maple Bar and Pound Cake together for the maple pancake base. Popcorn for the butter along with Whipped Cream for the Buttermilk part of the recipe. Vanilla pudding and Van. Sugar Daddy for vanilla sweetness, and butterscotch because well… who knows why… why not?
This was tested a 1wk 2 wk and 3wk. I noticed the chocolate is super overwhelming. Do I need to let this sucker steep longer for it to blend? Or did I over season it with chocolate?? I’m referring to chocolate chunk by wonder flavors…
If at 3 weeks it’s still overpowering, my first thought would be to try and cut it in half. (0.5%)

Okay. Thanks!! I’m not well versed in bakery/cream recipes!! Also, at 1% it tastes like a candy chocolate, not milk or dark. Hoping cutting down will be the trick!
If 1% is super overwhelming, I’d even go down to 0.25-0.3%. I assume you want to have a chocolate cheesecake, not a chocolate with cheesecake flavor. It’s always easier to add a little if needed.

Maybe it’s best to just do a SFT to see how low you can actually go with those chunks

For a salt… I use .12% which is 3 drops in a 30ml.
Popcorn at that amount… you might get lucky in a rda to even get a hint of butter… the rest… who knows until you mix it 
working with ultras… make sure you know your drops per ml…
