Oh ok, Wow, I feel like a real idiot, sorry man…

Not at all, I was actually being light hearted, the guys with the big scary guns really want to keep derailling the thread in defence of their fanny bags though, so it got confusing

Well at least it’s not whose Mother is the scariest, right…

Well mine would be a ghost sadly, but she was a scary woman in her day

Pathetic? Shit I just thought we were having fun…taking little jabs at each other. I didn’t realize you were getting your panties in a wad. Hell I’ll apologize if it makes you feel better. I suppose it’s my own fault for thinking everyone is like me…being able to dish it out and take it. Here’s a beer, relax and unwind!

Here’s another . You can stow that in your fanny pack!

No mate, we were, till you got uptight about the ‘yank’ thing. Which is actually almost an affectionate dig from an Irishman.

And you did kind of threaten to shoot me for slating your fanny bag

Crossed wires perhaps, both sides. I was just taking the piss to start with

Nah, see i may not have grown up in your part of the world but that’s my genealogy just the same. Maybe we butt heads because it just comes natural? Ahhh to hell with it. Since you aren’t going to drink my beer I’ll just drink it myself, how’s that! Slainte!

Is ‘Yank’ even offensive though? I didn’t think it was tbh, not near as bad someone says something daft about potatoes - the whole, all of our ancestors dying from starvation because of potato blight thing during the famine …

If it is, I take it back, I just thought it was more like people calling us ‘Paddy’ for no apparent reason.

I’ve been to some of the roughest areas in the States, and made some friends there. I was in St. Louis for a month, and felt safer probably than I would in some areas of Dublin. They love the Irish there though, there’s even a monument in the heart of it stating how the Irish built that town. Got a pic of it somewhere actually.

The other place I’ve been was NYC. Again I felt surprisingly safe, even at 3am falling out of the Irish bars

Would love to return

Hell I don’t know, maybe to some but not to me. I roll with the punches. I just saw an open door and walked through it. You were there to greet me. It was perfect![quote=“Uncaged, post:128, topic:71307”]

Next time try Miami or Detroit. Those places make you feel all warm and fuzzy at 3 am.

How come when you get your taco “Supreme” they add sour cream …I mean it can be ground beef or fajita/steak but never fish. How come nobody makes a fish taco supreme? …u wait a minute …nevermind

I put that stuff on everything. :hear_no_evil: Sour cream that is.

My wife is half Irish, no pun intended but, she is my real life lucky charm… She wins stuff all the time and me stuff. Once, she entered my name on two raffles in town. To make a point, I won both of them…

Aye! Likewise, I also have a weakness for a certain freckled lass …heh not yours

Well, I’m glad because mine doesn’t have any freckles so you probably wouldn’t like it anyway… My wife does though, I like to connect the dots.:smiling_imp:

I do @BoDarc have something you may like, my 30mm VCMT with dual SS 214L coils… I cannot put it down at times…

Big con is that glass. I have strong hands and most times when re-wicking I feel like I could break the glass trying to get it off. I’ve tried wetting the o-rings with some vg before assembly but a couple times it’s been very hard to remove. The last time the bottom o-ring rolled up and coupled with the top one. What a bitch to remove! If it ever happens again we’re through!

That’s it! To hell with this piece of chit!

Yea @SthrnMixer, I broke 2 tanks twisting them off leaving an almost perfect ring of glass around the 2 o-rings…
