Efun.top, great prices usually but if you shit doesn’t work, don’t expect them to fix it. You can open a ticket and they will reply, at first that is, and then they will proceed to ignore you.
Gearbest will string you along as long as possible. Apparently they have this rule that after one month you won’t be fully refunded.
This is what they told me before they continued their silence again;
Sorry for replying to you so late.
After reviewing your case,we will offer you 3 solutions:
1)return for refund or exchange (30-day return for full product value, after one-month,only exchange)
23usd refund to wallet or 18usd refund to paypal/GC
no return Pay 65usd product value for resending and shipping (guarantee good quality)
I’ve paid over $92 for this (not vape related btw but that’s immaterial) so a $23 or $18 refund for something that doesn’t work is outrageous if I may say so.
“Garantuee good quality”, sounds pretty hollow if you’ve got it already and it is useless!
This last answer I only got after I took it up with Paypal, then more silence after I asked for a refund and if they could provide me with an address to send it back to. So now I have escalated it officially with Paypal and let them sort it out.
Pay pal IS the way to go. If they don’t except paypal don’t buy from them and if you get no satisfaction from your vendor do not hesitate to escalate to paypal.
Name and shame the vendors than we have problems with and boycott there sites, on the same note vendors with good reps should also be premoted and advertised.
Customer service is vital when you have a problem. Good customer service = plenty of sales.
Gearbest has replied in the nick of time to Paypal with an offer to partially refund me. Their offer is a $15 refund for a $95 product that doesn’t work. Should I just ROFL or , needless to say I reclined their generous offer.
I’m surprised they didn’t fold and pay up. They are sacrificing their PP account to rob one individual. They are some stingy FU . They will be boycotted by me. I stand in support of what’s right.
Sounds to me like they know exactly how to play the game and hold on to your money as long as possible. PayPal has always done a good job for me when I have had to get them involved to settle a claim Hold out and you should get a complete refund thru PayPal
I have never ordered from GB and after reading what others have been thru I will never order from them.
Maybe they hope that I will fold. If you don’t accept the settlement and Paypal decides in their favour you lose all your money. Maybe they think that might scare me into accepting their pitiful refund. Fat chance!

[/quote]That’s exactly what I’m going to do, they have been jerking me around from day 1 with non solutions and a lot of silence in between. I doubt very much that Paypal will rule in their favour.
I had openend a ticket with them so all the info is in their support section which they have to share with Paypal. If they delete that info it wouldn’t look very good and they’ll certainly lose.
That’s what I did with Efun. They kept responding from different tickets that I didn’t open. I made sure PP knew it and that I had screenshots for all the tickets by response dates.
I got a response from them on my ticket today, telling me I pay the shipping costs and they will refund or exchange but it is already a claim now at Paypal so I don’t know what to do. I think their time to settle with me personally has passed, or am I wrong?
I’d say unless they refund you 100% and send you a shipping label, their time has passed. Refund sans shipping may have worked if they did something about this on day 1, but it sounds like this has been an ordeal.
I tell you what, I’ll never order from efun.top or gearbest for any reason. Too many horror stories. I’m sure Fasttech has theirs as well, but they seem like they at least try to make things right when they screw up.
So sorry you’ve had this headache. Stupid people and their bad customer service.
They are fully aware that Paypal is handling it now and what I asked for on the 24th of november, after they offered to replace it, was an address to send it to. I never got a reply (until today) so I let Paypal deal with it. The address is still not included in their answer. I know from dealing with Fasttech that they have a specific return address you have to use. I think they are just scrambling now to look good. I’ve been jerked around by them since oktober so, too little, too late
If it were me I would let pay pal deal with them. They know and they also know PayPal is going to resolve this matter simply because they have the power to do it there way period. PayPal can and will just take the money from them if they refuse to do the right thing.
That’s exactly what I’m doing. They haven’t offered me anything new and I suspect they’ve only done so again to get me to drop the claim and handle this myself. I’ve already done that without result. Fool me once…

This is not true at all. We bought directly from Asmodus. The problem was that they were unhappy that we sold below the MSRP. We were running a special coupon code and thought we had turned it off and lowered the price. We then got a call from someone at Asmodus (will not call him out by name) he yelled and got upset and the next day we were on the list.
We still take back Snow Wolf’s within 30 days as per our policy.
The statement above about not being able to verify the authenticity is not True as we do have units with Asmodus serial numbers in a defective bin right now.
