Real Flavors! All Natural VG Based Flavors

Yes…Condensed Milk is a must have! I’m addicted.

I’ve been waiting for some bakery flavors, but so far no luck. I’m thinking they don’t make them in the extracts. I’m looking for PB Cookie, Cinnamon Roll (has anyone tried this one? With how good their cinnamon is I’m hoping it’s amazing), cherry pie, and vanilla ice cream.

For me PB Cookie is also a must have…I’m addicted to PB Cookie Custard also.

Well I (of course) want so many more…but, here’s the few that I settled on (as I still have to consider the limited funds that I have to spend on hardware, etc in the coming Labor Day sales):

Boysenberry (I’ve loved this syrup on pancakes for DECADES, so special thanks for this one Walt!)

Marshmallow (with I think it was @dwdh586’s review on taste testing, I had to get this!! Way back when, once in a blue moon when the sweet tooth reared it’s ugly head, I’d eat Kraft’s Jet-Puffed Marshmallow creme straight from the glass jar with a spoon! :x lol)

And lastly, I got (Thanks to the Kustard King @Ken_O_Where’s opinion in a post) Vanilla Custard. I believe that if he says it’s good, then it’s good.

@Walt_RealFlavors: I realize this is just the initial roll out, but what can you tell us about the rest of your line with regards to the raw extracts?
Will you have all of your flavors available as raw extracts? Are there any you’re thinking of phasing out (so I need to move them close to the front of the cue for testing) when it comes time (Q4) that you can’t sell direct anymore? etc etc.

Also, check your pm in a bit please sir, as I’ll hit you up with my order number to ask a couple things!

Again though, your generosity in doubling the orders this weekend is truly appreciated -all the more so, for those with limited budgets. =)
Can’t say thank you enough, not only for the ‘surplus’, but for bringing the extracts out!

EDIT: spelling (how exactly do you ‘rare’ a head? /smh) lol

I have the VG but not the RAW. I do like it as well as the French Toast but haven’t tried any of the extracts yet.I hope to mix up the RAW extracts I have within 48 hours to test.

Well if you say so, I must order :grinning:

I remember @Walt_RealFlavors mentioning that the Raw Extracts are just that, raw. I wonder what type of sweetener or other additives they use when mixing up the VG flavors with the raw extract? I thought I remember reading that it was Stevia which is the sweetener I like to use when needed. I have also been trying out Erythritol 5% I got from nude nicotine, only used it a couple of times so no real opinion on it yet.

I went back and read your review on the Condensed Milk @MysticRose, sounds like a winner!

Thank you. I don’t have experience with the raw extracts either. I just loaded up 2 tanks with my first 2 testers. They are only at a 3 day steep. The finger test was great, we shall see  I was assuming the extracts would have the same flavor as the VG flavorings, with possibly less sweetness depending on the blend? Now I’m also considering Marshmallow, thanks to @Sprkslfly and Cream, thanks to I can’t remember but I think it was you @BoyHowdy . Stop it you enablers!

I mixed 3. Brownie Batter and Premium French Vanilla Cream at 1%. Those are the 2 I’m trying. I mixed Funnel Cake at 1.3% as it smelled a little weaker, but the finger test on that one was just a sweetness, so I’m steeping it more before I try it.

Glad to hear good news on that front…tried French Toast (Cap) and Waffle (Cap) as standalones, and while Waffle was ‘ok’ -the French Toast was erm… being polite: no thank you.

I have only tried the VG version of the condensed milk. I have a 60ml to finish up before I try the extract

And I am trying Pyure liquid in the Brownie batter, but so far thinking I should have tried without first, or less maybe. Very sweet.

EDIT: I mixed the FV with no sweetener, and that is also nice and sweet. I recommend trying the extracts with no sweetener first. The 3 I have seem to be naturally sweet by themselves.

Order placed, got me some Strawberry, Cream, Condensed Milk and Vanilla Custard…yum.

With the Pyure Stevia did you dilute it first? I know Nude Nicotine uses 7.5% Stevia into PG, I did my own at 25% into VG, should have gone lower into PG, a lot easier to shake. A little goes a long way, I only use about .50% with my 25% diluted Stevia, a lot of times less.

@Walt_RealFlavors, do we have to PM you our order numbers with Walmart for the double up weekend sale?

No, I didn’t dilute. And I used .5%. I edited above comment, please check that one.

The French Toast VG is perhaps my favorite of all the Real Flavors that I have.IMO it is butter heavy french toast with a dollop of maple syrup , a very good stand alone flavor that I truly enjoy.
The vanilla custard is very good but IMO it works best as a nice heavy sweet cream , it just doesn’t have the same full mouthfeel effect that Caps V1 has as a standalone but I love it as a mixer in the 3-4% but as you know taste is very subjective.

Uh huh… trying to make me put another order in I see. /resists …for the moment :stuck_out_tongue:

Seriously though, definitely appreciate, and noting your input!

It is very very early, and I will update after further testing. But I will say these 2 flavors I am trying are very good strength and flavorful at 1%. And they taste fully flavored and steeped, even to the thick creamy mouth feel on the FV, even at 3 days. It will be very interesting to see if/how they change with a longer steep.

I am very hopeful and excited to try more. If these are consistent with using low percentages, these extracts will be very very good value for the money. And most of all I’m excited about the reduction in steep times if that stays consistent as well.

EDIT: @Walt_RealFlavors please please I beg you, try to find a way to make that Premium French Vanilla at an affordable price! I would pay more for it even. It would be sacrilegious to not offer that!!!

If I get good feedback from all three testers I may look in to it.

@Walt_RealFlavors

Ohhhh, well then. Just give me the names and addresses of everyone that received a tester, and I will show up and give them a great big shove…ummm…I mean gentle loving escort to their mixing table

PS, I didn’t know if you wanted feedback on the FV openly as you had said you had very little and it was so expensive to make. However, I will put in my 2 cents along with the other 2 I’m trying right now if you are willing for it to be public knowledge. I haven’t mixed a tester of the Cola yet, but I will do that tonight and post early results at the 3 day steep mark as well. On the beta testing thread I guess would be best?

Have a ball @MysticRose

I am all for it haha. Curious how it works out too.

You are such a tease!
I don’t know if I am one of the testers you are referring too but I did get a couple of testers mixed up tonight and will give my feedback in a few days!

Lol hey now…

Funny I just looked it over and will be super honest. My cost (before bottles, labels, testing, and labor) is $432.5 per gallon haha.

(That number is the true number it cost to the make that raw extract only…)

CAP french toast to me tasted like soya sauce…it was foul
I thought it was just me…

Is that for the Premium French Vanilla? That would be in line with the more expensive ones from Flavorah such as Rich Cinnamon and Coconut.Looks very doable to me man , if the results prove positive.
