Finally found a use for my drop solo rda, it sacrificed its drip tip to the dragon lol, still has the low profile but the inner diameter is not restricted like the factory dragon tip.

The Elder Dragon Airflow is a little more restricted, and I think the coil might sit just a mm lower than on the Reload S. Because of the airflow on the Reload S, and the metal wall right behind the airflow, the airflow actually travels through the honeycomb holes, and up, then out, which actually stops it from leaking as well.
I honestly couldn’t say which one I like better at the moment, they are pretty on par with each other, the only thing being the Reload S is smoother, with no whistle.

I do think it’s just a bit too restricted for my preferences with the big Clapton they gave me. But at least, in my case, no whistle.

I agree with you on the included coil, it just runs too hot for the amount of airflow you get wide open, but now I’m running 24g ss round wire and have the airflow closed by a third and running it 35-40 watts, the quad core Clapton I ran the last couple days was perfect with the airflow fully open running about 45 watts

btw, i dont care what ya seen or have read. Don’t use a troll on a hybrid mech as shown, the pin is too short and requires threading it out to be safe. i personally dont trust that theory since when ya tighten it down if battery has tension on it it will thread back in. there are ways u can make it safer by adding delrin o rings and snug it tight but even that has its ‘iffies’. Safety over looks peps!

I feel the same way about that atomizer and coils. I also have a little wire brush. They work wonders on fused claptons and the like.
