Couldnāt agree more. Thereās always the problem of how the AF hits the single coilā¦usually too far away for itās own good. There have been few exceptions, thoughā¦very few.

So I set up the Elder Dragon for my wife, she almost fell out of the chair. Sheās never reacted this way. She asked me what I did to the juice, because it is so flavorful and full that she canāt believe it. Itās the same 1.2% total flavoring Cherry Limeade (Medicine Flower extracts of course) that she was vaping with the Profile, actually.
Sheās never had such a reaction before to a new atty. This little ninja is a serious flavor maker.

Thatās true for me for the most part. Iāve had some clones that were probably very good (āprobablyā is because I never had an authentic to compare it to). I only buy authentics now because I donāt buy very expensive things -the Elder Dragon authentics I just got were $11 each- plus I sort of tend to support the OG designers for their efforts. Clones happen and I understand thatās simply par for the course, though if I really want something specifically and canāt find an auth, I will get a close.
Unlike you, however, I did have a bad experience with an authentic. The QP Fatality. It started out fine but the tank cracked for no apparent reason. That thing was expensive too, and it really pissed me off. It was the single most expensive atty Iāve ever bought. But no issues with other authentics. I did have an extremely poor quality Velocity clone. Cap didnāt even fit, never got to use it. China wanted pictures of the condition, a video, and social security numbers of my kids as well as my license plate number so I never bothered to replace it.

That was my own reaction to my first drag off the Elder Dragon 
I am super impressed and happy with it. I only bought it because it was only $9 and I already had an order I was making.
With that said, this is my first experience with fancy tri-core framed fused Ni80 Clapton coils. And I must say I am a believer!!! Iāve been using the same coil now for a month of daily flogging. I change the cotton one a week and brush the crud off the coil with a steel cleaning brush. I highly recommend the brush cleaning and fancy coil. And the Elder Dragon, of course.

I did have one bad experience with an authentic from Metal Madness. It was their genesis style TNS atomizer. There were tolerance issues which caused arcing in the atty; they refused to acknowledge the issue, claiming user error on my part. 
Needless to say, that was the last product I ever purchased from Metal Madness. Donāt shaft the customer when there are possible issues with your product; there will be consequences (ie nasty reviews spread far and wide 
)

LOL Phil, sheās right and I canāt use sweetener with this RDA because for the first time the liquid is OVERLY sweet and itās the same stuff Iāve vaped in other tanks and my other RDA. This Elder Dragon is PERFECT!

Oh wow, Iām sorry to hear that. Iāve been down that road with the pix and videos and such. I recently ordered a mod from Vaporl, I think it was, and they wanted all that. Instead I contacted the manufacturer directly (OBS, in this case) and they replaced it no questions asked. They didnāt even want a photo or a return. If this should happen in the future that would be my recommendation. That and flatter the company up and down and all around. Thereās a method to dealing with China business. Politeness and flattery 
Trust me, it works.

New driptip for the āElder Dragonā 
I am quite pleased with it both functionally and aesthetically. Please provide your opinion on how it looks, Iād like to hear different opinions. Not that it matters that much. The tip that came with it was fine to me except it has a loose fit and thatās a no go to me.
