It really wasn’t worth the effort to try to explain,.
If they don’t want my business then so be it.

I just want to share an experience I just had with vapesourcing.com last week. I ordered the Pico squeeze 2 they have listed for $23.99 and I used a code is supposed to get me roughly $8 off. The website was a little confusing, they had a deal ‘buy one get a free battery’ but you can’t use the code (which makes the battery not all that free), or you could buy the one and use the code to get the price to $15.99. Apparently there’s two different links. I got the deal from one of those sites like vapingcheap or cheapvaping which listed the deal as the mod with the battery for $15.99 and that was the code I used. So when I was finalizing the purchase it appeared the right price, including the discount from the code. I used their “pay with PayPal” button to pay. I didn’t even notice till I was finished but the price went back up $8 so I used the online chat with customer service. It only took a couple minutes, hassle free, and they refunded the $8 to my PayPal account. It sounds like I might still get the battery, we’ll see. It was pretty good customer service I thought. This may have been a mistake of the service I got the link from not vape vapesourcing.com and vapesourcing.com didn’t try to use any excuses or even ask a bunch of questions. I have already received my PayPal refund🙂.

@lanc13. Good on you mate. I received all my stuff, mostly cotton, factory made coils and some ceramic tweezers . Oh yeah, also, some mesh with 2 legs to rebuild my HW-N factory coils. I couldn’t use PayPal but bought the gift voucher with PayPal. Hahaha. They had a Halloween offer on the GCs - free 5%. So, if you bought a $100 GC you get $105 to spend which was okay.
I managed to get 14 items and have 13c leftover even after paying for Aus E- Packet.
