Hehe, I’m not so sure @Sevencasper. It is seemingly almost TOO random for my tastes. Sure, sure, you can try to eliminate as many numbers as possible in the first two tries, but it seems like, unless you get a fair amount of “greens”, the number of possibilities is quite large. We’ll see …

It’s like that with words dear, numbers are just more abstract and therefore it looks more difficult than it is.
But I forgot to mention in my tips that you also need a dose of luck.

No go on the nerdle, I don’t understand why the 8 for example showed as black, but also green ?? How can 8 be both right and wrong ?

There’s only one 8 in the answer, therefore the other stays black. There are two sixes in the answer, one is green one is purple.
You did make it a little easy bro by posting your numbers.

I guess I get it, but now it’s MORE confusing LOL. I mean, ok ONE 8, fine, but when you’re trying to guess, it’s throwing me off when I look at the numbers and I see one in black, I invalidate it and don’t use it again LOL.

It’s a game of logic and deduction…
Clarified the issue of 8, that there is only one eight, my deduction process:
The multiplication sign can only go in the second box, and we will have _ * _ 6 = _ _ 8
The 6 that is in the first place can only go in the third box:
_ * 6 6 = _ _ 8
Now the possibilities:
1 * 66=66 not (final 8 fails)
2 * 66=132 not
3 * 66=198 possible
4 * 66=264 not
5 * 66=330 not
6 * 66=396 not
7 * 66=462 not
8 * 66=528 no, you can’t repeat 8
9 * 66=594 no.
So: 3 * 66=198
I haven’t checked it, I hope it’s okay and I don’t make a fool of myself hahahaha
