Perfect, I will have to rework the recipe, adding Fuji, removing INW and lowering CAP. Two Apples should be used for Ciders, eh? I will have to try that as all my ciders and pies end up tasting like oatmeal, lol but I think FLV Rich Cinnamon is to blame for that. Got FA Cinnamon Ceylon a few days ago and I am going to try that in place.

Good to know that the verdict on INW Two Apples is for baking and ciders, gonna kick that out of the simple green apple recipe. I did give this last mix a month, I have actually been making sure since I know MF can really come out over time.
