Well, actually had some great success with some smoked chipotle powder, adds a lot of smoke but kinda hampers you in that you taste smoked chipotle, so that’s the main profile… Will give some liquid smoke a try. I made a couple requests, the building I’m in had a contest for ideas to make their places more approachable, a community garden and BBQ area were my suggestions…

I also use Pork Butt for my BBQ Pulled Pork, but with no smoker, I pressure cook in in my Ninja Foodi and though it won’t look like yours (unless I air fry it at the end), it comes out delicious. Dang, now I want some pulled pork !!
