@SessionDrummer Lookin’ good. I haven’t cooked a pork butt in a while. I don’t smoke them, but pressure cook them in my Ninja Foodi to make pulled pork. Turns out tasty. I’ll be yours tastes delicious. Hmmm…must be time for a late lunch !!

Not a BBQ but seared up some chops with fried potatoes and onions , Cteam of Mushroom soup and put them in a Dutch Oven on low for an hour. Good stuff for a cold day
@SessionDrummer Looks tasty. I would be craving it, but fortunately I am pressure cooking Pot Roast in my Ninja Foodi for dinner tonight. It will also be tasty. For a cold and snowy day, Pot Roast just feels like a homey, comfort food meal.
Wow, now you’re making me want a pressure cooker AND a pot roast !!!
@SessionDrummer Gotta say, the Pot Roast turned out great…tender, juicy and delicious. Made the gravy from the liquid (beef bouillon, garlic and drippin’s). Leftovers have also been great for sandwiches.

If anyone ever meets @SessionDrummer, the question is… Do you raid his mixing station, or eat all his food and never leave?! Decisions decisions…

@Pastorfuzz I think you are onto something with the teamwork approach. I am sure @D.Sims could be part of the crew to “assist” @SessionDrummer if he decides to downsize either his mixing or his BBQ offerings.
Never had spare ribs, usually opt for Back when I get them though. Not allowed BBQ’s at my place because someone burned a building down, but I learned a pretty decent way to do them in the oven
That’s a shame @anon44012888. Do you have a common area pavilion where BBQ’ing is allowed ? You can TOTALLY control the temp with precision in the oven, just need to get some liquid smoke.
