Looks darned tasty. Good homemade salsa is awesome compared to store bought. You’ve reminded me that is time to make another batch of salsa in my Vitamix. Just made some homemade red pepper hummus with it and it is super creamy and tasty. Plus WAY cheaper than store bought hummus and no chemicals, preservatives, emulsifiers, etc.
