Welcome honeygram57, hope you start feeling better. I smoked those discussing things fir over 40 yrs myself. Got a couple dark spots on my lung. I know it will hit me sooner or later, but I also know vaping has worked for me. Again---- welcome.

Hi Gang , I am 45 and from Suffolk , I have been off fags (cigarettes for our US friends) for 2 years and started with my little vape pen I brought from the supermarket , progressed onwards and upwards to the tank of choice ( Kanger subtank ) I now make my own coils and have for the last 6 months made my own juice (havent created a recipe just use all the wicked ones on here ) !!! this is without doubt the best site on the net , well done to everyone involved - keep on mixing

Just a quick hello from Ayr, Scotland.
I’m Steve and I’ve just started my homebrew journey after quitting smoking about 2 years ago and stating to vape. I was using shop bought liquids for that time but didn’t realise the difference, in price and quality, if I made it myself. I’m saving about about £100 ($150) a month now if not a lot more.
I started on my journey about three weeks ago because of a fantastic FB group based in the UK. It’s called VHB and they directed me to this amazing site for my mixing.
I thought 3 weeks ago I would just start with three trial 30ml homebrews. However I got the bug and I have about 4 litres of different mixes at different stages of steeping. I love it!!!
