Biscuit (Inawera) substitutes

it’s for our tastes , or for a certain recipe!

this is forgotten too often lately , especially when there are so many people listening to YT shows who all seems to agree on every flavor…So it is at that point Gospel… What is good to one person or 100 doesnt work for many

Trick with any reviews be it video or print is to learn which reviewers tastes come close to mimic your own impressions.

Couldn’t agree more. I found myself listening too much to what experienced Mixers say. But they constantly experiment with “new” flavors (sometimes not so new but overlooked or hard to come by). Often certain flavors become the “go-to” flavors for a limited period of time - until another one pops up and becomes the star of the show. JF Bisquit is such a flavor. But I still love INW Bisquit. It’s tasty, it’s versatile, it can be used in many different ways (wafers, cookies, custards…). And it smells so good!

Rather late to the party, but try JF Biscuit, if you can get it. Personally I prefer it to INW.

I strongly second that.
