I’m the same mate, I like it old school when a tutorial was a real tutorial and not half of the show full of silly nonsense and people constantly shouting and balling over each other. It really triggers my P.T.S.D.

Agreed. Had a guitar instructor that did that. I sat through 30 min of him playing Little Wing (Hendrix)…then said our lesson time was up! Fucker.

Except Noted flavors on youtube who single flav test all the strawberries ,milks,fruits of all kinds, bakeries and rank them worst to first and at and at least you dont buy middle of the road flavors.I dont listen to the whole shows i just go the the comment section that ea one they tested is time stamped and pick one out to buy in their top 6-7

Thats BS when i give lessons (mostly teens) i charge 50$/hr but stay 2 hrs.It takes an hr just to warm up! I dont really teach songs either but mostly the theory and tools to figure out how to play the songs they like.Idk their parents seem to like me and thinks its a good deal lol.Teens have a short attention span too so you have to try to keep it fun and interesting where their minds arent drifting.Hit the distortion pedal and rip for a min and their right back into it gain

My teacher was semi-famous and back then, knowing his background, I was hesitant to verbalize any objection for that one session. But I did learn quite a bit from him at other times. He was also helpful getting me over that initial stage fright. He’d say “Just visualize everyone in the audience being naked.” Ha…it worked!

Dang that does sound good vs just ordering shit, I’d really like to see new release flavors too, but I really need a blog or some way to read it, I can’t understand why folks want to watch long videos when I could read it and have better access to instructions by reading

I find the same and gave up on the YouTube “shows” some time ago. Not a fan of watching 20 mins of mindless chat and shout outs when I am trying to find info. Prefer text to learn and also gives an easy way to refer back to info.

Well you hit the nail on the head @Ianc13, and this isn’t a bash on or against videos, video reviews, etc., BUT, for me, it’s always been about my TIME, and SPEED in accessing whatever I need.
Not everyone love forums, BUT, the poster can post whenever THEY have the time, and the reader, can read whenever THEY have the time, AND, it’s ALWAYS accessible. Copy/pasting are also HUGE advantages of text reviews. Searching as well.

Its all on Noted flavors.They went over all the new Cap ,FA and Flv flavors.Plus session drummers long winded paragraphs about each new flavs by those companies too have been incredibly detailed and helpful.His comments are on Bull City too that most read.Lyndas comments are good too but he’s tried like all the new flavor releases .If you join VC community and get the app hes easy to find on there n will send his testings to your email too if you request him to.I didnt ask they just started sbowing up in my Email lol.Lately its been Flavorahs new flavs hes going over and rating
