I had a large order from them that was shipped FedEx. Our FedEx delivery isn’t great and I’ve had other orders lost from different companies. Anyway I ordered 27 flavors and Fede delivered a package that had obviously been opened and taped shut. Inside was six flavors and some tubes of toothpaste. I emailed BCF and they reshipped the entire order. They are always my first choice when ordering flavors.

That is BCF for you! They are such a great company. What do you do though, if the same never do good doers also go through your new box?

I asked them to ship it USPS instead. I never have problems with regular mail.

I remember when BCF shipped items to me via Fed Ex, too. And one of my boxes also got repackaged with items missing and the gallons of vg/pg bases were leaking so badly, because they just threw them over my gate instead of placing the box in front of my gate. I took a couple pictures of the damaged bottles and let them know what flavors were missing and I got them all replaced, too. I also suggested to BCF that they stop using FedEx and all my packages came via USPS after that.
BCF is the best!

We ONLY order from Bull C F… hands down the best and always with a written thankyou with our first names, and always happy to swap out or change something if they can… thats not to say they will every time, but if you message em politely before its too late, they will and have. If its not broke, dont fix it… Its not broke.

One could call and it super duper sized mouse mat. I took a quick pic that i should have taken a little more time on so you could see the actual size but i put my trackball on it to try and show just how big the mat is.
Ill be grabbing a second one as a backup.

I didn’t want to derail the thread, but that reminded me of what happened this morning. I found a dead mouse in my dog water bowl with a little mouse poop in it. It looks like it drowned. I’m surprised it escaped the watchful eyes of my 2 cats, the mega hunters.
