It’s good that you’re noticing (and IMO, testing) your flavors at different wattage!
This is one of the biggest reasons (I think) that people often forget (or don’t know/think) to do when testing a flavor.
Some flavor compositions (material compounds) work better with low power, some require high power, and some in between.
For example, most coffees and chocolates can get really bad, really quick, if you go past their power threshold.
Finding the flavors that meet your power preference, as well as profile, is just about the hardest part of DIY I think.

I’ve said this before in coil threads and people don’t seem to believe it lol, but I think almost all bakeries taste better with more wattage than you would normally use on any given coil.

Yeah, it’s the rare bird that actually has the innate curiosity to step outside of the confines of “I vape at this power/temp, and that’s all I care about”.
I mean, I get it, it makes perfect sense as that’s the primary concern for most of us.
It’s amazing how wide the spectrum is in some things.
Sometimes you can lead a horse to water, but even then, only it will decide whether or not it’s going to drink!

Just to show how subjective tastes are between folks, my new lcw arrived and I immediately made a tester @5%. Off the shake, I taste heavy creamy butter and a hint of lemon. My wife however, said “that’s popcorn” … lol I’m gonna wait a few days and see if that wafer shows up.

That’s interesting. Dmlin mentioned on a fresh 03 show, that with Dinner Lady lemon tart, which is mostly LCW, at certain temperatures, all she can taste is Kettle Corn.

I’m glad u found something…, I had no luck;(…, so I figured I’d try it where u said it was good…, & it is;)… might try a 9 or 10% bottle to see what it’s like as well…

CNV Lemon Cream Wafer has quickly become my favorite stand-alone Flavor. It’s definitely one of the more complex single flavors out there. I know that folks say that it’s close to impossible to build a straight-up “Sour” flavor… but to me, this one has a great sour/tart flavor to it!
Being an ex-Dinner Lady fan, I was surprised to dig Lemon Cream Wafer more than I dug Lemon Tart!
(p.s. I know I’m late to the party… just commenting in case future DiYers are looking for any info)

Hey there Natbone… I used the CNV Lemon Creme Wafer @ 6%, and that tasted right. I couldn’t wait for the steep, so I hope the flavor sticks.
However, I definitely tend to gravitate towards very strong flavors… and am obsessed with Sour/Tart flavors. So heed my advice with that in mind.

I’ve been using LCW at 2-3% and can taste it clearly. Reading how weak it is baffles me a bit but I have to remember we’re all different. The Lemon flavor too is pretty loud at 2% as far as I can tell. Same goes for Vanilla Pudding. 2-3% is what I’ve been using and it tastes pretty good.
I got the whole Bullcity collection pack. A lot of them seemed pretty weak. I’d even say all but one or two others are pretty much flavorless at 2%. But yeah like I said, the three I mentioned above don’t seem weak at all to me.
The Passion Fruit flavor surprised me. I thought it was great. I mixed it at 3% and it’s probably the best one I’ve tried. It might be because I pretty much disliked every other passion flavor I’ve tried.

Fresh03 says Classic Sponge Cake MB is the best sponge cake (also one of his flavors of the year and top3 flavor from MB) and some say Golden Sponge Cake OOO is pretty good. Have no info about CNV, but this might help
