Clapton Coil prices?

@SunnyT theres always someone going completely out of their way to say something completely unnecessary. instead of just leaving good folks alone. some just insist on forcing their unwanted negative opinion(s) on others.

Yeah, it just bothers me…I know I shouldn’t let it bother me and I usually ignore it, but for some reason this one got to me. Maybe I am having an off day…maybe I have just seen it too much…or maybe I just don’t like to see people come here without knowing the way this community (family) works and try to tell us things like we don’t know any better, or that the way we do things and the things we like are wrong…idk but it just bugged me…

@Astraion

I don’t see any ‘attack’ from you on this subject, and I surely understand there is no way this price with shipping would be affordable from the US to EU.
Personally, I welcome your opinion, and am glad to see you participate on the forum. I hope you continue to post and allow us to get to know you beyond only a few words.
As for shipping time, I bet you can get a package from China to the EU faster than I can in the US, and at least as fast as from the US to the EU.
Welcome to the forum.

Are you making the clapton wire yourself?

Oh yes, @Astraion please do continue to post and allow us to get to know you. I by no means meant to try and run you off! It just bothers me that you had to point out that us “Americans” are “wasting our money” if we choose to buy coils from someplace other than Fasttech, because this forum is shared by many more than just “Americans”! And as I stated before, this thread was created to try to find a fair price for coils to be sold at that were made by one of our members. It may come off different to others, but I felt it was meant to be a little bit of a personal attack! Maybe I am wrong (it wouldn’t be the first time), and if I am then I apologize. This community is a great one and I do not want to make a bad first impression on you because you are new! Welcome to the best vaping forum on the web!

Yes, I buy the single wires, and wrap and coil myself, by hand, no clapton jig.

I am not trying to sell to people in EU for that very reason, Unless they do infact want to pay that extra for the shipping. but domestically, shipping is 2-5 days pending which shipping you want. priority 2 day shipping is what I did for the last two customers @fidalgo_vapes. @docta

No idea. I did just go turn on international shipping though so you can go check on the ebay ad to find out, now.

Look, I’ll be honest, I can make my own coils, but your reviews here are great and I am big on supporting people that want to do something well and doing something themselves, so I will be buying some, when you have worked out your prices !

I am going to stick with where it is at in the ad, now. The shipping on ebay is calculated by them thru usps, it isnt a flat rate, so price will vary by location, I won’t know the price till they tell you it and order, and then it tells me what to pay post office. (Though being to the UK, i have a feeling it wont be cheap… ) I will keep notes so i can have some general ideas for people in the future, though. Much appreciated that you plan to order also. Thank you!
And thanks again @fidalgo_vapes hope they do as well for you as they have for me. It is great to hear my coils are working better for you than geekvape and ud coils

im a little late at posting this but i got these a month ago and they’re amazing! he made me some special coils (clapton 1.2’s) that i could double up in a series box for a total of 0.6 ohms. LITERALLY THEYRE PERFECT FOR THAT. if they didn’t last forever then id be getting more of them!

Im not sure on pricing for coils but awhile back I had someone offer me 6 bucks for a pair of coils I had made. They were Helix wire (26/30) in parallel with a staggered clapton (32g). Wish I had a pic of them because they were awesome and I havent build them since. I wound up just giving them away to the guy as I couldnt see selling something I love doing… building coils for my fellow vapers. As for your coils, Id easily pay a buck a piece for them. Hope this helps.

I couldn’t help but notice your ad ended on ebay, did you reach the $1,000,000 mark already?
You should consider selling these clapton springs with a single pad of organic cotton, boxed in an empty battery case and raise your price to cover the overhead.
Keep us informed Mike
