Try higher gauge wires. I usually use dual 26g cores with a 36g or high wrap. Ramp up is fast and flavor is good.

Ahem…so should the ladies and if they don’t they should learn how to use them, IMHO. I use a multimeter to test all things electrical around the house and a set of calipers to easily measure all kinds of stuff. I could go on but the point is, the right tools make your life easier. I wouldn’t/couldn’t live without them.

Rolls are cheaper and let you wrap your own at whatever ID or number of wraps you want/need. I personally wouldn’t spend the money on a pair of coils but if I really need an artisan coil I buy them from our own community in order to support fellow vapers.
@INOIROC is one of our members who spins artisan coils and I can attest to her talent. Some of them look so stunning I don’t even want to use them, lol.
