It’s sad… all those empty buildings and more…
then too you have folks that pick and choose that kind of lifestyle too…

how can you help folks that can not or will not help themselves?

Many of those people also have mental, addiction and other problems etc.

It’s not that simple in my world.

If you are worried about getting this virus, it can’t hurt to take the daily suggested does of those. As @Caped_Conspirathist has said - Zinc appears to work well.

Don’t over do any of it. Daily suggested doses.

There is only 1 vitamin you need. zinc

You need the Herbal cocktail to allow the zink to enter the cell. If the zinc doesn’t these, it enters thee cell less than 33% aprox.

Add these herbal supplements:
Quercetin, Glycine, epigallocatechin-gallate

Those 3 adjust the cell walls to accept the passage of zinc.
They’re important.

It may or may not help. Better to take a chance than nothing. If it flattens the curve and you don’t have to go to the hospital then you don’t have to be put on a respirator.

I don’t know, man. I need a daily dose or two of Vitamin P too…

Small amounts of dietary Vitamin A are essential for the proper functioning of Pulmonary Aleoli.

Vitamin D can indeed be overdone. For adults over 50, ~2000 IU per day should be safe long-term.

Vitamin C saturates bodily tissues at ~200 mg dosage. Excess amounts can become Oxalate.

Zinc is essential for enzymatic synthesis (although only tiny amounts are required for this activity).

.

Vitamins A and D are lipid-soluble (not water soluble). Best absorbed with fats/oils. Heat is OK.

Vitamin C is water-soluble. It is not stored for long in tissues. Needs steady dosing. Avoid heat.

Don’t forget about Vitamin N (nicotine) :stuck_out_tongue: … My usual intake is around 7ml/7.5mg in vape form and 3 or 4 portions @ 8mg Snus form. Love my Vitamin N :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: …does wonders for proper brain function!
